About Xchange Property

The family run business of Xchange Property (formally Xchange & Co.) was formed in 2005 as a property management company specialising in residential lettings and the purchase & sale of investment property for clients.

The company has now established a sound client base and has decided to expand the services to include the sale of residential property and is particularly interested in attracting new developments in the East Berkshire area. To this end we are very keen to acquire potential sites for both residential and commercial development.

The recent move to new offices in Windsor and rebranding has given us an easily recognisable new image with which to build our new range of services.

Any viewers will be by appointment only, and if required, a member of our staff will be on hand to answer any queries and offer advice.

All purchasers will be offered mortgage advice, if required, to ensure their offer is valid and will lead to a satisfactory sale. We will monitor progress of the legal aspects of the sale and also the mortgage applications, which will enable us to keep you informed and deal with any problems at an early stage.
